Quality Assurance

HTS has quality assurance initiatives that focus on both clinical and non-clinical programs. These programs focus on improving and maintaining optimal clinical and operational quality.

The purpose of the QA Program:

  • Education of Employees
    1. Regular Clinical Education Offerings
    2. Effective Orientation
    3. Individualized training and mentoring
  • Facilitate flow of clinical systems and consistency between regulatory standards and HTS policy/procedures
  • Review quality of the therapy given in accordance with evidence-based "best" practices
  • Objectively audit clinical services and documentation, departmental compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify areas of rehab dept. success and deficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Provide data/summary reports to HTS measuring QA outcomes
