Quality Assurance
HTS has quality assurance initiatives that focus on both clinical and non-clinical programs. These programs focus on improving and maintaining optimal clinical and operational quality.
The purpose of the QA Program:
- Education of Employees
- Regular Clinical Education Offerings
- Effective Orientation
- Individualized training and mentoring
- Facilitate flow of clinical systems and consistency between regulatory standards and HTS policy/procedures
- Review quality of the therapy given in accordance with evidence-based "best" practices
- Objectively audit clinical services and documentation, departmental compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Identify areas of rehab dept. success and deficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Provide data/summary reports to HTS measuring QA outcomes
