Effectively overseeing your therapy program requires leaders that are reliable, accountable, attentive and proactive.

HTS is considered an innovator and leads the industry with more Regional Directors per state. In Indiana and Kentucky, we have 11 regional directors that oversee a "regional grouping" of no more than 10 buildings - thus providing the attention needed for clinical and financial program success. However, we hold true to our belief that our therapy leaders should be seasoned and also be a part of the local community where they provide care.

Our HTS management team is committed to overseeing all aspects of your therapy program while closely monitoring industry and reimbursement changes, providing connectivity and attentive leadership and support to the entire therapy team and facility departments.
