HFA Education

HTS is an approved Health Facility Administrator Sponsor of education in Indiana. Our team of educators is focused on keeping you informed on the latest regulatory and industry changes and information. Our programs are designed to keep our administrators apprised of the most up-to-date information on key issues related to reimbursement, clinical quality and compliance.

Staff In-services

HTS provides live quarterly in-services to your clinical team through our rehab managers and lead therapists. Because we feel that patient care is multi-disciplinary approach, we also provide customized in-servicing to your dietary, environmental and administrative teams to stay proactive in recognizing decline and to help ensure safety for both your staff and your residents.

In-services include:

Fall prevention
Restraint reduction
Employee injury prevention
Proper positioning
Proper lifting mechanics
Documentation
Ergonomics in the office
ADL Training: Bed, bath and beyond
Education materials and hand-outs for the nursing station

For every Evidence-Based Practice Program designed, a staff in-service was designed to follow. This allows for more cohesiveness of our programs and provides the necessary education for successful implementation. In-services are not limited to being quarterly. HTS provides customized in-services as needed.

Restorative Nursing

Restorative Nursing acts as a important maintenance program to achieving and furthering the therapy goals of our clients. HTS has over 20 different restorative programs that are sure to meet the needs of your residents. In addition to our programs, we help to train your restorative team to provide thorough documentation and clinical excellence for optimal results.
