Home Health Care Solutions, Inc. (HHCS) is a licensed Medicare provider of home health serving central and northern Indiana. HHCS provides skilled nursing, therapy, home health aides, dieticians, social workers as well as ancillary and community resources to provide complete services for each recipient. Formed in 2007, Home Health Care Solutions, Inc. serves many individuals in both retirement and independent settings.
