As an independently-owned therapy provider, our president and directors are also therapists. Whether you are a new graduate or have years of experience, we want you to know that support is close at hand. We have seasoned, excellent and attentive Regional Directors throughout our states available to assist you one-on-one. You can always count on our home office to be a resource of information and guidance.
Responsibilities include: Over-sight of the rehab department with 1-2 full-time staff members; facilitate all communication and organization of the rehab department with regional director, facility therapists, and facility staff, and monitors department efficiency levels to ensure maximum utilization.

Responsible for the supervision of all assigned HTS facility rehab departments and therapists; including program development, generating reports/data/analysis, monitors therapy staff utilization of program treatment, and assists with staff recruitment and retention.
Provides clinical program support, education, and training including our webinars and teleconferences for our clinicians and clients. Assists in program implementation and census building as well as handling the appeals management program.
Provides leadership and management for all HTS clinical operations in order to achieve our company goals towards fulfilling our mission and vision. Works directly with all levels of management, presents at state and national conferences and facilitates recruiting efforts. This role also handles corporate compliance and consulting related to Medicare regulations.
