Senate gave final approval to the 2010 Department of Defense appropriations bill that included short-term relief from the proposed 21.2 percent cut in the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule that was scheduled to take effect January 1, 2010. The provision will freeze the conversion factor at the 2009 level of $36.0666 through February 28, 2010.” – NASL
